We are pleased to announce that JWE Yearbooks are now in FULL COLOR!

How do I order a yearbook?

The preferred method is for you to order your yearbook online at www.jostensyearbooks.com.

We will also accept cash or check, but you must order before September 2nd. After this date, all orders must be placed online. If you are adding more than one line of personalization on the front of your yearbook, you must order online regardless of the date.

How do I order online?
  1. Go to www.jostensyearbooks.com
  2. Click on "Find my School's Store" (see image below)

How much is the yearbook?

The cost is $29 if you order by September 2nd. The cost goes up on September 3rd and again on Janurary 1st.

Is there an ordering deadline?

Yes. No orders will be accepted after April 30th. No extra copies will be ordered so it is imperative that you order by then. Orders that include personalization on the outside of the book (there is an extra fee for this option) must be made by January 31st.

When will the yearbooks be delivered?

Orders will be shipped to JWE for delivery to your child's classrom at the end of May.

Will there be dedication pages?

Yes. Dedication forms are due by October 1st and cost $12. Click here to print out your dedication form. Please send it in with your payment made out to JWE PTA to your child's teacher in an envelope marked "ATTN: Yearbook".

Can I upload my own pictures for use in the yearbook?

YES! If you do so by March 31st, you can upload your own images to a secure Jostens website (viewable only by JWE Yearbook Staff) by following these simple instructions:

  1. Log on to www.images.jostens.com
  2. Enter Log-in ID: 400111898
  3. Enter Password: williams
  4. Browse to select photo(s) to upload
  5. Enter information about photo(s) and your contact information
  6. Click "save details"
